First of all, when I list an item for bidding and I specifically say, "I only accept PayPal with Verified and Confirmed US address. If you don't know what this means, ask before bidding." Why the heck do I get someone bidding on my item then telling me they don't have a paypal account or they want me to ship to their cousin in texas or something like that. What is not clear about what I just said in my listing?
Worse than this of course are those that do not pay and don't care. I had one woman claiming that her little son clicked on the bid and bid for the shoes I was selling. How the heck would her son know where to click and make this mess. If your son is capable of creating this mess, you should pay for his mistakes. He is your son and you are responsible for their actions.
