1. If it's possible,don't use washing machine,if you have to,just use low speed rotation,or anything that's take not a long time
2. To clean it you just need to soak it in a bucket of water fill with detergent about 2-3 minutes,remember just dipped it up and down continuously
3. After that,place the jersey in a bucket filled with clean water,just dip it continuously until the detergent gone
4. Don't squeeze it, just lifted and let the water go down
5. When you want to dry your jersey,don't get exposed by direct sunlight
