How to restore an iPhone

Say you are selling your iPhone, and you don't know how to restore it. Restoring is a free process that should only take about 5-10 minutes depending on how much stuff you have in your product. First, you want to make sure that you have power in your device, and you want to be sure you have iTunes as you will need that to restore your device. Hook your iPhone (doesn't matter what model) into the computer cord USB, and then wait for iTunes to recognize it. When iTunes recognizes it, your computer will make a USB connect noise, and it will open up with the specifications of your phone. You will see an option to update firmware. You do not want that option, rather what is underneath it. RESTORE. iTunes will then restore your phone, so you can sell it or trade it in. It is really that simple!
