How to Make Puffed Oven Pancakes

This guide is for how to make puffed oven pancakes. The ingredients are:

2 Tablespoons of butter or margarine

3 eggs

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup milk

1/4 teaspoon salt

Place butter or margarine in a 10-inch ovenproof skillet. (Like a glass pan.) Place in 400 F oven for 3 to 5 minutes or till butter or margarine melts. In a bowl, beat eggs with a rotary beater till combined. Add flour, milk and salt. Beat till smooth. Immediately pour into the hot skillet. Bake about 25 minutes or till puffed and well browned.

Tips:

1. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DURING COOK TIME. If you fail to do this, you will not have puffed pancakes, you will have a non puffed pancake.

2. BE SAFE. The more times you multiply the ingredients, the more the pancake will puff. Make sure you put it on a low enough rack.

3. It's really good with maple syrup.

4. DON"T start a fire. :) (Seriously though.)

There you go. Follow this and you have puffed oven pancakes!
