When selling an item on Ebay, there is a great method to multiply the advertising of your products. When you write the title of the product being sold, you can word it in such a way that your item post is displayed in many categories of Ebay without paying extra fees. When you write an item description title it usually displays your listing in one area of a search, but there is a way to allow your item to display in many search fields. For example, the average Ebayer selling a baseball card of Babe Ruth would write their listing title as "Babe Ruth's Baseball Card," this will allow this listing to show up in the categories preselected of Baseball Cards, but will only show up in the search of "Babe Ruth" or "Baseball Cards". Now if instead the average Ebayer worded their description item for sale listing like "Babe Ruth, Baseballs, Cards, Trading Cards, Rare" or something along the lines of "_____, ______, ______" similar format the average Ebayer would be able to search for Babe Ruth and find it in the average baseball cards, but if searched for "Cards" or "Trading _____" would also find the same listing in that area of an Ebay search. This is a great tool for listing your item in the specific place of choice, but with Ebays cross listings allows for the Ebayer to list their product listing in one area, and also have their listing show up in other "random" areas of search by other Ebay "Potential Buyers". Some of the "Random" areas that your listing might be found, like in reference to the above example of "Babe Ruth" searching, would be your item listing also being displayed in the category of "Baseballs" where normally no Baseball Cards would appear. By wording your Item title description in such a way that it can be searched under multiple Ebay end user searching can increase the advertising of your item listed for sale in other areas besides "Baseball Cards". Enjoy!!!
