There are literally thousands of places you can go to to buy ink & toner cartridges for your printer. You can shop online at numerous websites, shop on a marketplace like EBAY, go to an office supply store, or even sneak into your neighbors house while they are gone and use their printer. Not ideal.... especially if they have a big dog.
So how do you choose? Well, that's what I am here to help you with.
1. How are their prices? Some companies offer very low prices, but have bad products. If you're like us, discount_inkjet , we offer a good product at a low price. How do we do it? I do not know, but once I figure that out, I'll let you know. So if you're looking to save a few pennies and go with the cheapest company, You will probably be dissatisfied. Go with the company that has a good warranty and high feedback percentage.
2. Warranty. What is the companies warranty? Some offer a 30 days, some offer 14 days, we discount_inkjet offer 365 days. That is one full year and you know what... if you order on a leap year we'll hook you up with that extra day too.
3. Shipping Cost. Yes, believe it or not, we offer free shipping to all contiguous United States. As for you non-contiguous fellows, sorry. There is a small shipping cost, only because we only have one option to ship to you and it is A LOT more expensive than shipping ground. If your package however is less than 2 lbs we offer you free shipping as well. How about that?
4. Customer Service. Now this is the area that really sets us apart from our competitors. Go ahead test us. You can send an email, call, or even mail us a letter. There will always be someone available to answer you in less than 24 hours. As for the call center, our wait time average is less than 1 minute. That's an average, meaning chances are there is no wait when you call. We're that good.
5. Feedback Rating. Make sure the seller you are buying from has at least 99% feedback score. We have 99.7% but who's counting? Oh we are... and you should be too.
6. How long has the company been in business? Some sellers are very new at this and get desperate and start selling crap. That is not us. Us being discount_inkjet . We have been around since 1999 yes that is over 10 years. Now, we have not always sold on Ebay, but we like it and plan on staying here.
7. Fast Shipping. You know that excited feeling you get when you are waiting for something to come in the mail? Unfortunately that feeling won't last with us. We have a 1 day handling on over 90% of our orders. Meaning. You're going to get this faster than it takes for you to read this guide. We're that good.
