This guide is to help explain the differences in latex balloons and how to specifically blow up Heart Latex and Mousehead Latex balloons.
Latex 11" balloons you can blow up with air or helium, Heart Balloons and Mousehead balloons are the same. However, there is a trick to the them.
First place your index finger in the middle of the heart while holding the sides with your hand. Blow a little helium or air in the balloon until both sides of the heart pop up and inflate. Once you have the shape of the heart then finish inflating the balloon.
These balloons are very frustrating if you just initially try to blow them up like a regular latex. Don't get mad anymore... it will take a couple times of practice but once you get the hang of it, these are the most beautiful balloons for valentine's or weddings.
Mousehead balloons are the same, however you will need to hold the middle a bit tighter because the ears are bigger. Get enough air in each ear then let go and finish the balloon. These make a statement at any Disney themed party without buying them at the parks!
