How to activate my cell phone purchased on ebay

Please call your carrier's toll free number for activation. Make sure your phone is fully charged; have the model and the 11 digit ESN number or 8 digit HEX number available (#'s located under battery)

Note: Ebay is a cell phone storefronts' biggest competitor and personnel in the store receive nothing for activating your phone. Stores will often mislead you about the quality of a phone purchased on ebay in an effort to have you purchase a phone from them; or they will charge a fee to activate a phone purchased elsewhere. Please keep in mind, all carriers permit you to purchase your own equipment.
