I tried a single serving of sippin syrup (half a 16oz bottle) well, next thing i know i was falling asleep on the couch.. Its very strong!
next i tried just a couple sips. that did the trick..
my job is very stressful and sometimes its hard for me to unwind and get to sleep.. with sippin syrup it takes about 1/2 an hour to 45 min and im starting to really relax... for me personally the full serving of half a bottle is too much... so i just take a couple sips and im good to go!! i recommend sippin syrup to anyone who has a hard time relaxing!!!
