HONESTY... IT SHOULD BE JOB 1

recently i purchased 2 items from two different sellers that do not use paypal. they wanted the use of money orders or cashiers checks. i have sent money orders and cashiers checks many times to honest ebay sellers and have also received them from buyers that did not belong to paypal.the one item that recently i purchased with a money order--- never came. after trying to contact the seller many times and then contacting ebay the seller closed his account and collected money from no telling how many other buyers. the second seller claimed that he never received the payment. on a money and cashiers check there is a place for the payee,s name and address, for the purpose of security when cashing the check. the seller claimed in the dispute console that he never received the payment, so i sent a PERSONAL CHECK. so in about a weeks time i emailed him about the second payment. once again he claimed that he never received the second payment, but informed ebay that he would ship the item, because he was tired of the " hassel ". i went on line and reveiwed my checking account and sure as you are readding this the PERSONAL CHECK HAD BEEN CASHED. he still claimed that he had not received the payment. so i contacted the money order company and paid $13.00 to stop payment on the money order. it is the only way to get any information on a lost or missing money order. and guess what the money order had also been cashed, within the time frame in question. so this HONEST SELLER received two payments for the same item. i did receive the item, and he did give me a positive feedback, thats the least he could do. i decided to leave him no feedback. i have sold an item and the buyer nevered paid so when i left him a negative feedback he had more reasons why he did not pay than he had money to shop with.SO IN CLOSING SOME SELLERS PREFER MONEY ORDERS AND CASHIERS CHECKS.RULE 1 CHECK THERE FEEDBACKS FOR ANY PROBLEMS WITH PAYMENTS..2 CHECK WITH OTHER BUYERS AND SEE IF THEY HAVE HAD ANY PROBLEMS.3 WE ALL BUY AND SELL, IF WE CAN NOT BE HONEST WITH EACH OTHER THEN WHAT DO WE HAVE.4 TO ALL SELLERS BUCK UP AND JOIN PAYPAL, I KNOW PAYPAL CHARGES A SERVICE AND I GLADLY PAY KNOWING THAT MY SALE OR PURCHASE IS PROTECTED..
