I'll let you know what products I have to help as well as the names of other vendors that I trust! Having the right elements can make your wedding over-the-top and unforgettable even on a budget. Jewelry
As a former Zales Sales Associate, I have come across many jewelry pieces that would be stunning for a beach-themed wedding. Not only is the pearl totally appropriate, but also consider the Citrine, Canary Sapphire, Canary Diamond, and Garnet. Citrine and Garnet are available at very reasonable prices. Zales now offers many of these stones in Sterling Silver to reduce the price. You can also find them at an online store I am fond of called silvershake.com at amazing prices. Invitations/Announcements/Save-the-Dates/Thank you cards/Programs
Invitations are one of the biggest elements of your wedding that will help to set the theme and the mood as well as let your guests know what to expect. I love now-and-forever.com as well as invitationsbydawn.com. If you want to customize your wedding literature, especially on a budget, I used vistaprint.com for my Save-the-Dates, Thank you cards, and Programs. For the programs, I selected a glossy, double-sided post card and uploaded a picture to it and some of our favorite quotes to make it personalized. Favors and Place Cars
I found favorwarehouse.com extremely helpful when searching for favors. Here is an unforgettable idea that will help you save money by combining place cards and favors into one:
Pictured above is a favor-place card holder and a bookmark. Note: To save money and still have nice favors, do a place card and favor in one! To save even more money, combine guests names. Example: "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" or "Alex and Mary Smith" or "The Johnsons" for a family instead of doing one for each individual person.

Featured above: These two bouquet's are from my wedding. My bridal bouquet was a monogram of my new last initial and my wedding date. The second picture of the tie that was attached to my bridesmaids bouquets. I did wheat for my fall themed wedding, but Kathy at elkmills can easily embroider anything from pumpkins and maple leaves to fruit to fall flowers. The ties come in Bridal White, Champagne, and Light Pink. For the thread color, she can match it to your desired wedding color.
For apparel, I am especially in love with a color offered by Jordan Fashions called "Cranberry." I love After Hours Formal Wear's black tux with "Apple" colored ties and vests in "Paisley." They have "build a tux" on their website; it is very helpful. See the pictures below for our ensemble.
(I apologize, ebay keeps resizing my pictures and I don't know how to make them larger!)I had Citrine jewelry, because that is my husband's birthstone but these wedding colors look really great with Garnet gemstone jewelry. Each of my girls wore the same cut and dye color but in a dress of their choosing to compliment each of their very different bodies. I was very pleased with the results. Don't forget, it's not just reds and oranges that are fall colors, but all JEWEL tones! Try pairing red and orange, or greens and gold. Even purple and burnt orange would look fabulous.
Decor

Instead of rose petals, why not scatter fall-colored leaves down the aisle? Surround the altar with fruits and vegetables. Curly-willow (seen in the cake topper) is always a fall must-have. It can be placed in arrangements or clustered and placed in a vase all on it's own!
Decor: Flowers and CenterpiecesMums, sunflowers, alstroemeria, daisies, roses, gerbera daisies, calla lilies and carnations all come in gorgeous fall and jewel tones. Charlotte, Classy, Terracotta, and Liberty roses are all amazing colored roses that would go great with a fall theme.
You can get small glass lanterns with flameless candles to hang from the branches as well for a neat effect.
Music
Fall weddings should be warm and couture. Play music with a classy, brassy feel for the dinner hour. Frank Sinatra, Dinah Shore, and Ella Fitzgerald are some of my favorites!
Other
Here's everything else I can think of....
Don't use too much tule or lace with a fall themed wedding. Fall weddings should be over-the-top, couture, and elegant as the rest, but too much lace and tulle can confuse the theme. Try bows, extra flowers, and layering table linens to achieve an over-the-top look.
