Fraud &Thieves are Rampant on Ebay and They don't care

Ebay could care less about anything except the money. REMEMBER IT IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND THEY COULD GIVE A RATS PATOOTIE ABOUT YOU OR ME.

why else would they go to "hidden names" and still allow "private" auctions?
Answer, thievery.
Why do you think they allow KNOWN shill bidding?
I was on ebay tonight and saw one guy bid 21 times, and  yet, never overcame the bid. SHILL BIDDING!!!!!
And ebay won't do anything to sto pit, either and never will.
Ebay is now corporate and in order to try to inflate the stock price MUST have their bottom line look better each year. (follow the sales of Gates stock, on and off again, for microsoft, just as well...he controls the price of their stock, along with peter allen.)
So, you and I get the shaft, for ther cash. Ebay will always be in favor of the one with the deepest pockets, so never mind if you have a complaint.
I once saw a fella, i nTexas, sell an amplifier to another fella in California on ebay. The other fella ripped off the speakers, put in blown ones, changed the circuit in the ampolifier itself, and then said the seller sold him a bad amp. And even though, the seller sent PROOF that the speakers were changed out, (the pictures had been shown on ebay and were still there), Ebay, in it's infinite wisdom, tried to make the seller give back the money to the thief who bought it. The plan didn't work, and the seller shut down his paypal account, as Ebay (who is not supposed to) tried to use paypal to refund the buyers money. The buyer sent back the amp and the seller sold it, once again, with new speakers for twice what the thief in California spent. The buyer never got his money back, either, as far as I know.
The give away was that the stupid buyer had marked the speakers with red fingernail polish, and REAL technicians know that the speakers are ALREADY marked positive and negative, and those ,arks WERE NOT on the pictures of the amp on ebay.
Just another way Ebay tried to rip off one seller. And they have done this time and time again. So how many millions have they stolen from us by doing that?

Never mind that ebay is now, getting the sad reputation is so richly deserves.
Look at the other auction sites that run a truly legit game. Thier sales are lacking and people won't list because they can;t break the law like thay can on ebay.
Ebay is nothing more than a drug cartel on the internet, doing whatever they want, without fear of retribution by congress, or the law.
However, that may be about to change.
People are getting fed up and a law suit is pending, and it may become a "class action" suit, to which I WILL join, and bring MY proff of ilegal activities at ebay.

Ebay, also, thinks, they can change your contract, mid stream, just by sending out some stupid email saying your rules have changed.
Contract is contract. ANY contract is valid ONLY in it's original form.
NO company is allowed to automatically change your contract, without YOUR EXPRESSED WRITTEN PERMISSION. So, come on, law suit, let's show the courts how ebay REALLY is.
I actually DARE ebay to contest anything in court. If I get to attend, they will look l ike the sniviling bunch of idiots they really are.

Why did Ebay buy paypal?
So they could charge you meony coming and going.
You get charged to list an item, pay a fee after the auction based on the sale price, and then have to give paypal money to get you OWN money out of paypal.
And THEN they MAKE yo uuse paypal to list on ebay? Or even buy on ebay?

Why does Ebay not allow you to say anyhting "negative" about ebay on your "ABOUT ME" page, when it is about you and your thoughts, and not theirs. Has anyone ever heard of the constitution that gives you the right to voice your opinion anywhere, without being changed or deleted by anyone?
When did ebey get the right to negate all of OUR rights?
Do you know all of your hard earned money goes to the Caman Islands, and NOT to US banks?
Bottom line is, you take a big chance on thievery (80% chance), on each and every item you buy or sell on ebay.
And who is the  bigger thief, the thief on ebay or ebay itself?

Last but not least, look at ebay in other countries, especially England. They can't run their thievery operation in the UK. Prices are lower, things are cheaper, and you do NOT have to use paypal. Same in Canada.
Thise 30,000 dolar guitars aren't jack nothing in England.

So, why are they allowed to get away with this in America?
Because of the MONEY they pay to congressmen to look the other way.
Every time you get on ebay, just plan to get ripped off.
