Ebayers dont get caught up in the excitement of finding that special item for that special person or gift and overlook the fine print in the auction ads. I myself am guilty of this and have paid dearly for it. I searched for several bedding sets for my adult children for Christmas gifts and having 7 children plus 9 grandchildren, I do alot of shopping. Recently I got so caught up in looking for the perfect bedding sets, and believe me I looked at hundreds of different colors, designs and textures and after hours of this its too easy to get excited when you found that perfect one and out of excitement you hit the bid or buy button. Well needless to say, I forgot to look at the fine print and the shipping and handling fees. Ended up paying more for the shipping then I paid for the bedding set. A huge 59.00 for shipping. And when I tried to ask the seller to reconsider and ship standard USPS instead of UPS they refused to work with me. Guess what... Hard lesson learned and that seller just lost a potential return customer.
Come on, I purchased 2 Queen heavy mink blankets and my shipping was only 28.00, so another seller charges me 59.00 for a Queen Bed in a Bag that cost only 57.00. Thats abuse of shipping and handling charges or just plain Greed. So beware when your shopping, do your homework on shipping costs before you bid or buy.
