Err on the side of caution

It's easy to make excessive claims or to slightly exaggerate in online presentations. Just don't do it.
On balance, on Ebay or other similar venues, just tell folks exactly the truth or condition of your product. You become far worse off if you don't do this and you waste your time and that of others. Since we all make mistakes, just own up to them and do so quickly, so that others won't perceive bad will on your part. These are my thoughts as I expand my Ebay offerings. I'd just like everybody to act like they lived next door when on Ebay and deal with all customers EXACTLY the way THEY would like to be treated.
