Electric Motorcycle of the future does 70 MPH

I was just looking at the new electric motorcycle made by zero motorcycles. Check it out at zeromotorcycle.com They say it does 70 MPH. It's one of the best idea's I've seen in awhile, but I can't help wondering why someone hasn't used the rotation of the front sprocket shaft or the wheels to turn a small fan, or gear driven device, that could generate a small electrical charge just like a windmill hooked to a minature generator, which then could probally be fed into a coil to magnify the spark voltage, then fed into a regulator which re-charges the battery as you ride, thus creating a electric motorcycle that never needs to be re-charged if you ride often. Should also work on electric cars as well, except there you have four wheels to generate a recharging current and/or more wind force to turn a electrical generating device. Maybe even just something as simple as a windtunnel thru the fairing, could also help with the aerodynamics to improve handling and speed while recharging. Remember me when someone does build one, lol!! I guess that one you could name after me, LOL!!
