Ebay PayPal does NOT protect and misleads Sellers
I sold a $1500 lamp that the buyer charged back two days later and did not offer to return. Paypal sent a misleading email that I thought instructed me to wait for a response to the case. A person at Ebay told me to be patient and I would most likely get the item back. They lied to me. The email also stated in the fine print that the case was closed. The case now disappeared as if it never existed on Ebay. The communications are vauge and misleading and the representatives take no ownership or record of complaints from sellers. This has been a unique and very upsetting experience. I have contacted my State Representatives.
