BUYERS
Please do not send messages like "thank you" in the item purchase "send seller a message". Reason? Just another step on a page before sending your item. Unless you are including a phone number for international shipments, or specifying color, size, etc, you do not need to make a remark for the sake of making a remark.
When replying to messages, no need for things like "thank you" as a reply to the last message. Sellers then have this message hanging around in the items message log waiting for a reply. I then reply with a period just to get rid of it.
Sending messages that feedback has been left, oh what a waste, you may as well come and ring my front door bell, then call me from your cell phone at the same time. Again, you have added a message that needs to be answered to the item list of questions. You did not leave feedback when the item touched your hand, so why should the seller leave feedback moments after you do? Most sellers take time to leave feedback at some point during their busy week. Just be patient.
SELLERS
I am sure your buyers want to hear from you.
But we do not want massive email campaigns, survey questions, feedback reminders or cocky replies to simple questions. Remember, there are no stupid questions, only stupid answers.
