I am so frustrated lately with a lot... and I mean a LOT of items recently that I have bought from CHINA. Like 95% of the last 20 items from CHINA, does not work!!!
As I have noticed many US Companies order CHINA to manufacture their goods, but apparently EVERY SINGLE QA / QC [Quality Assurance / Quality Control] item rejected is recycled by people who works in the Production line, take out [or probably STEAL] the goods and then re-sell them HERE on eBay!!!
Another thing I have notice is Chinese Sellers, offering at ridiculous prices memory cards and others. I have receive FAKE items which claim to be X amount of GB and you test them and fail.
Do not know why eBay does not regulate this guys. EVEN, and stay ALERT, EVEN they say to be in CALIFORNIA, but they buy this QC rejects from friends and family in CHINA. THEY EVEN tell you: Please do not leave negative feedback, if you leave positive feedback I will refund you in full RIGHT NOW!
That's why you see their feedback higher and higher....
A word for the wise: If you buy from CHINA - TEST THE ITEM BEFORE LEAVE FEEDBACK!!!!! In the past I received items and immediatedly left feedback without testing the items and when notice that item was damaged sellers were not so responsive... Even ignores you...
I am considering seriously NEVER EVER buy another electrical item from CHINA...
