EBAY HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & NEVER STANDS WORD!

I HAVE TRIED FOR MONTHS NOW TO "TRY" AND EXPLAIN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT THEY ARE OVERCHARGING EBAY FEES TO ME AND THEY AGREED TO REFUND ME IN DECEMBER 2010, BUT INSTEAD THEY PULLED ILLEGAL FEES FROM MY ACCOUNT AND I CALLED ONCE AGAIN IN JANUARY TO ONCE AGAIN "EXPLAIN" THE WHOLE SITUATION OVER TO A BROKEN ENGLISH FEMALE. THEY GUARANTEED ME THIS TIME I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED....WELL GUESS WHAT?  MY ACCOUNT WAS ONCE AGAIN CHARGED AND NOT CREDITED. I BELIEVE IF YOU HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO USE AMAZON OR ANY OTHER SELLING TOOL-CRAIGS LIST OR 'ANYONE OF THE SITE" YOU SHOULD USE THEM AND NOT EBAY. EBAY IS A BIG JOKE....THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD!!!!!!
