eBay and paypal buyer fraud

Buyer fraud case with eBay and Paypal. This eBay member destroyed merchandise and was able to return it. had it for 30 days.
All a member has to say is item as not as described that ends any protection a seller has.  45 days or a year later dose not matter. PayPal makes the buyer happy and gives the money back. why because PayPal and eBay know most of us will not take action.  The action I am taking is on eBay and PayPal.

what you need to do is write the state of California attorney generals office about PayPal and eBay's business practices. They will listen. Complaints on both these companies are started to add up with these type of practices.

When I sold the item the Bose wave radio to speakerhouse it was in
prime condition. and did not smell like beer. he has damaged the item.
 But you know! thats is ok. I put out a red flag out on him as buyer fraud,
don't sell to him. also my electronic technician just confirmed the
damage was beer and it was wet from speakerhouse's doing Not mine. I may
be filing a court case on speaker house. The best part is
speackerhouse willl have to come to GA becuase the item was purchased
in this state.  The Bose radio is repairable the beer he spilled in it
blow out a small fuse link that cost about $20.00 the radio works.
speakerhouse is just a user.  PayPal your fired. Can't trust you to do
the right thing in fare business practices.
