e-bay problems

I feel the same way about some of e-bay sellers. E-bay backs all there sellers no matter what happens to the buyer. I have been taken to the cleaners by 2 sellers. The product I purchased were DOA. E-bay did nothing to help me but suggested that I get a lawer. E-bay protects all sellers because they make most of there money off them. I am a buyer who will soon be a seller. No I am not a whistle blower, I am just some one who has lost hundreds of dollars on e-bay. Only buy from businesses with good feed back. Only buy retail items when ever possable.
