Overall I was happy with the DSR until I started getting bad stars, how can someone give you less than 5 starts when they never tried to communicate with you. I find this funny because I answers all Email with 24 hours and a few people gave me 3 and 4 stars. But that is not my problem it is shipping charges I have 3 that are under 4 star therefore putting my rating .10% under for a discount. I am so pissed because I do not charge extra for my shipping as a matter of fact I buy more after, shipping the item, package items, tape, and the STUPID shipping fee (which I HATE). How can anyone make money with all the fees, fee to list, a fee to sell, and a fee to ship, it is all BS. So now I am offer free shipping and making less money to get those 5 stars to get my .01% back, I guess my question is how long will that take or does it take a year until they are out of the formula. I really think EBAY need to rethink a couple thing about this feedback. I once got a neutral because I see used baby clothes and a lady used clothes, of course you did you bid on them, never complain to me or asked for a refund, and when I offered her one she had already gave them to the orphans (I cant believe some people).
