I purchased a frame from Demons cycle and every thing was fine so I made another purchase a brake pulley combo, The add for the 250 wide tire frame I bought said that a 1.5 belt and pulley would fit, before ordering the part I called them and asked if they were sure that the 1.5 pulley would fit because it did not look like there would there was enough room for a full size belt. After I explained to the guy on the phone what my concerns were he assured me that the 1.5 was the way to go.
Well you guessed it, it was too wide I needed the 1 1/8 unit so I sent it back and they charged me freight then when they received the part they said that it was scratched and dammaged (keep in mind that it was never installed and sealed in plastic) and they charged me a 17% restocking fee and raised the price of the part that I needed. The whole deal cost me an extra $145.00
when I called to complain they denyed saying that the brake pulley combo would fit in the first place even when I gave the name of the individual that I spoke with and told them to read there own add on the net that said thet it would fit... Please read all the other threads on the net before even thinking about buying from these guys, their moto is THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG
