similar story , i ordered something advertised as new and when i got it, it was a remanufactured. had a very hard time contacting anyone and when i did they where no help. i had to go through paypal to get a refund and they still didn't respond so paypal took it from thier account on my behalf.finally it was settled but took over a month. there are better ebayers out there than fatrodders THEY SUCK...
