Do not buy from A NAUTICAL PLACE

I recently placed an order for fishing net from A Nautical Place.  I have waited 15 days for my order to arrive.
I have e-mailed them at least five times and have received only one response from them.  It said "your order shipped 2 days after it was placed.  It was shipped to a p.o. box - are you sure it is correct".  This is the only communication I have had with them. I have asked for them to track my order - send me the tracking number-
give me their phone number to call or to call me. They have done none of the above!!!! My credit card has been charged and I have not received anything from them. They ignore my e-mails and the phone number attached
to the credit card bill- no one answers!!!  I am now disputing the charge and will also notify the BBB.
Although not receiving my order was bad enough - but being ignored has really pushed me to the limit!
I want to say one more thing.....Do not buy from this company - you will be SORRY!!!
