I am writing about the situation regarding freetelecom, I understand that this is out of my control, that it is hard to take a side and see who is telling the truth, but if you would like to know, please don’t assume and come to me and experience for yourselves. But this is my side of the story: This person bought a kit bike from us. Afterwards, he started to e-mail us, how he needed parts, when I asked him is something wrong with the parts, he said no…. I told him that the only way to receive parts is to buy parts or exchange them if something is wrong with them. He started to disassemble the engine, broken the parts. Then I received his engine, the whole engine with transmission, carb, everything, the broken parts, etc. But I just needed the broken parts; he didn’t need to send me the whole engine. If he sends the broken parts, I would check them out, and then exchange them. But one has to understand that with Dnepr bike, one has to learn to have patience with this bike, this is the bike like no other, it is a 1950 technology, which one has to sit down, read the instructions, learn how it works and functions. That is a process that takes time and if one learns these ways, and then they should be fine. Within five years of this business, I had over 1000 customers and there are only a few customers that wrote negatively about me. I feel that there are two different kinds of people ones who take time to learn about the bike and others who get impatient and start blaming everyone else but themselves. I think that he got upset because he was not getting parts for free, that he just wanted a new engine without any troubles and but he didn’t get what he wanted and then starting blaming me and how bad my products are. If my products are so bad and such then why is there no other customers complaining? Why only freetelecom? Also, there are people who also write negatively about me and those other people like: russiancollector2 that has never had any business with me…. But still writes that my products are bad, well, how is that so, if he was never a customer of mine? Or the people who talk about me negatively are people who are trying to advertise their products. Conversely, there are customers like Jeff Bennett, who is patient and cooperate and thus, is very satisfied having business with me. Jeff Bennett is a great customer, who had some issues with titling in NY, but there are only two ways of titling: the easy way of listening to me or doing it your way, which is difficult and long process that is where people complain. But this issue resolves in two ways: we can title a bike within 5 weeks in Ohio or one can buy an antique bike that is25 years or older.
