IN AUGUST I GOT A TRANSMISSION OFF EBAY THAT THE SELLER SHIPPED DHL. IT WENT MISSING BUT THE GUY I GOT IT FROM SAID THAT THE PALLET IT WAS STRAPPED TO WAS STILL LAYING ON THE DOCK WHEN HE WENT DOWN TO THE DHL DOCK TO CHECK ON IT. WELL AFTER 2 MONTHS AND MANY FURNISHINGS OF DOCUMENTATION DHL SENT ME A CHECK FOR THE PRODUCT ONLY AND NOT FOR THE SHIPPING EVEN THOUGH I HAD PROVED BEYOND THE SHADOW OF A DOUBT THAT I HAD PAID MY SELLER THE SHIPPING FUNDS. MY SELLER HAD ASSIGNED ALL CLAIMS RIGHTS TO ME. DHL HAS USED EVERY SCAM IN THE WORLD TO KEEP FROM PROMPTLY PAYING THIS CLAIM. EVERY SHIPMENT I HAVE EVERY GOTTEN OFF EBAY THAT WAS SHIPPED DHL HAS BEEN A JOKE OF MISHANDLEING. I WOULD WARN EVERY EBAY SELLER WHO MIGHT CONSIDER USING DHL NOT TO IF YOU WANT TO TAKE A CHANCE ON LOSING YOUR PRODUCT OR YOUR SELLERS PRODUCT OR YOUR MONEY AND YOUR CUSTOMERS MONEY. I WOULD APPECIATE IF ANY OTHER EBAY CUSTOMERS HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH DHLCONTACT ME THRU EBAY AT 321BKV. AT LEAST WE COULD STOP FUNDS FROM EBAY SHIPPING AND WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE.
