Return & Exchange Policy:
Noir Hair Extensions mission is to ensure that each and every customer’s experience is nothing less than amazing service!  We want you to be happy with your hair and have created a return and exchange policy that reflects the goal of customer satisfaction.

Special Order Policy:
All special order sales are final.  The following return and exchange policies do not apply to special orders.

Noir Hair Extensions Exchange Policy:
Noir Hair Extensions offers clients a 15 day return and exchange policy.

Defective Hair (excessive shedding & tangling)
Noir Hair Extensions will accept returns of defective hair for an exchange of the same product (if requesting a more expensive product, payment of the difference will be due at the time exchange) under the following conditions:

• The hair has not been colored or cut
• The hand-tied wefts have not been cut

If you were accidentally shipped the wrong product, Noir Hair Extensions will replace your order and pay return shipping in a timely manner

Noir Hair must be able to confirm receipt of the items sent to us for exchange.  We recommend you use a shipping service with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.  We assume no responsibility for lost shipments.  We will not reimburse your cost to send an item back to us except for in the case of incorrectly shipped products. 

Only ONE exchange is per customer order is allowed.  This means that you may request a exchange only once for each order and only qualified items (defective hair, incorrect items shipped) may be exchanged.

All merchandise received at our warehouse is photographed and documented upon arrival to ensure the contents and the condition of the returned goods

DO NOT SEND UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS.  Merchandise sent to us without an RMA number cannot be tracked and may be lost.  We assume no responsibility for unauthorized items that are returned.

 

Noir Hair Extensions Refund Policy:

IMPORTANT:  BEFORE USING YOUR NOIR HAIR EXTENSIONS, PLEASE INSPECT THE PRODUCT THOROUGHLY TO ENSURE THE CORRECT LENGTH, COLOR, AND QUALITY AS DESIRED. 

Our refund policy is as follows:

You have 15 days from the time of delivery to return the product
We only accept returns on hair products that have not been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any way
The weft must not be cut and the original length as noted on the package
The hair must be in its original packaging.
Returned packages must include a copy of the invoice and have the RMA number clearly written on it
We must physically receive the returned product before issuing a refund
