Yes sir, ever notice when a case is decided it's always in the customers favor?? Ebay a place where sellers are screwed blued and tatooed daily. Yes we're mad but, for good reason. We listed a set of NEW without tags SCUBAPRO booties and stated quite clearely: WE DO NOT SHIP OR SELL TO CALIFORNIA(NS) we even placed them on notice with SAFE HARBOR for their unwanted bidding activities. Safe Horbor and Ebay are both frauds never helping the sellers here who pay up to 350.00 a month to list here and lose their behinds while doing it trusting EBAY'S CUSTOMER FIRST POLICIES! Yeah, Customers are always right!! You could sell new in the BOX ITEMS the customers from CAL EEE FON YA will either destroy it or find a reason to leave negative feedback. Here are a few examples of why we received negative feedback from CA. No lightning bolts on new SCUBAPRO JEW fins... SCUBAPRO JET FINS FLOAT...THE SCUBAPRO JET FINS FLOAT THESE SCUBAPRO JET fins DON'T!! Yes, divindk made those statements and received a full refund but, that didn't pacify his KOSHER ASS so he left negative feedback because he was outraged when CHALLENGED to show us a pair of SCUBAPRO JET FINS THAT FLOAT.. Well he dreamed up another reason for the negative feedback lightning SP bolt fins are made with a special rubber and they FLOAT just incase he didn't wear his BCD the fins would save him! LOL! Guess what ebay bought this bullshit hook line and sinker!! Yeah, they refused to remove that negative feedback left by that lying bastard divindk the CAL EEE FON YA DREAMER! LOL!
