When bidding or buying a cell phone ask the seller if it is new in package or been refurbished alot of sellers will advertise like new or new when in fact they are refurbished. Also make sure they will work in your area, also check what and how they handle returns. It doesn't hurt to ask the seller questions and may save you some unwanted trouble.
