This guide is designed to help online buyers at a beginners level.  Its not any secret information but its concise and to the point.  That being said, good communication and a little research can save you headaches.  Always look at the feedback of whom you are looking to buy from. Does the seller have a considerable amount of feedback?  Does the seller have a feedback rating close to 100%? These numbers help determine a basic track record of the seller. You want to know how many transactions they have and if they have any negative feedback.  Take a minute to read some of the reviews to get a better idea of the seller.  That being said, email the seller with any questions or concerns you may have.  Don't be shy, ask away!  This will give you an idea how long it takes for the seller to respond.  The bottom line is that you can find great deals and have a great online experience. Just take a minute to know who your buying from and communicate with them before the deal is done!
