I bought this piece of junk on eBay. It is not an iPod Nano. It's a total fake. I took it to the Apple Store. They immediate noticed, but they were amazed how close a counterfeit it was.
How to prevent this? Here are a few suggestions in hindsight:
TIPS
1) ALWAYS ASK IF IT COMES WITH THE ORIGINAL BOX AND WARRANTY FROM APPLE.
2) DON'T GO BY THE PHOTOS ALONE, THEY CAN BE DECEIVING.
3) DON'T BUY AN EXPENSIVE ITEM FROM A SELLER WITH LESS THAN 25 UNIQUE POSITIVE FEEDBACKS EVEN IF THEIR TOTAL PERCENTAGE IS 100% .
4) DO YOUR HOMEWORK WHEN BUYING AN EXPENSIVE ITEM LIKE THIS.
5) BUY ON EBAY, AND PAY WITH PAYPAL.
IF IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY IS.
