BUYERS AND FEEDBACK FOR SELLERS TO READ.Buyers buy see a return period if a time frame, and weeks after they seem to think they can ship it back to you no notice given, just a Give my money back, and your feedback will be great, when its sent, then Its on small items they do not want to send a picture of it if its broke, because they threw it away, they do not want to return it because of cost, just want a full refund and they want to keep it as well, Then you do it because of the feedback and they take the money no return feedback, just move on to the next seller they can get the next free item, How can you fight this Keeping a 100% is not cheap buyers really have no rules they are all on a honor system 99% are GREAT 1% are not so, I sold cars for 25 years we have a saying I will not repeat but it is still true, last time I looked at my store name it was not WALL MART 90 DAYS Returns but even they on electronics have a 14Day Return, Policy and there feedback you give them is responded by showing you the Door! Then the item not as described, Heres a picture if it a dog collor and I put dog collar for sale, how can that give a 1 star for item not described, But here is what I have to say to the 1% keep doing it your way because I will keep doing it mine for the 99% ,I will give the best customer service you could ever hope to get, all you need to do is let me know of a problem or issue because I cannot Help if I do not know, PLEASE USE the EBAY MAIL SYSTEM, Thank you, Roger
