Bing & Grondahl Teapot Rooster Chicken

Crafted in Denmark between 1952 and 1957

I dont know if this is a Teapot or a Decanter. 

B & G maker's stamp under base, vent hole on tail, openings at beak (spout) and top of head.
There is cork wrapped around the top and a small hole at the end of the rooster's tail.
