tmshelmet.if you check their negative feedback there is an ugly pattern of abusing customers who complain about Bid4ez being dishonest. EBay punish Bid4ez and find in the poor customers favor .Bid4ez then publishes all manner of unfounded complaints about the customer. Think about it -why don't Bid4ez complain about the decision EBay Customer Service made in the customers favor? Yes, it is because EBay would retaliate and delete their spiteful comments. We as buyers have no opportunity to respond and correct the record. This is something EBay needs to address. If EBay Customer Service makes a decision ,any complaints about finding Bis4ez guilty of dishonesty should be directed at EBay,not the innocent victim that EBay supported.
Ebay has a policy of no retaliation and no abuse of customers. EBay needs to enforce this policy more consistently in the case of obviously dishonest sellers like T-Motorsports. The negative comments they make in Feedback are just spite because they got caught in dishonesty.
Please note they also sell as Buy4ez and T-MotorSports.
In my case the product was not as described -per EBay Customer Service.
They tried twice to change the terms of sale after the auction had closed -demanded cash instead of PayPal.
They tried to renage on their agreement with EBay to refund my payment when they were proved to be dishonest.
