Before you are going to buy or bid do not be hesitate to ask the seller, that item is available in stocks or not. Two months ago I won a bid and I've made a payment just immediately and waiting for my stuff (this case is a book). Since it's an international shipment I can wait a little bit longer, but after one month passed I've got nothing.
I wrote an email to the seller. He replied me, the book that I won is "Out of Stock" and he doesn't know when it will be available again then I asked for the refund all I've paid. This is unbelievable he doesn't told me about this issue about a month and leave me in the dark, what if I did not write an email to him? Anyway I trusted him.
I had waiting two week for the refund but I did not get anything. So, I wrote an email to him again and I've got the same e-bot mail about "Out of Stock" and "Refund". I did send an email again and finally I've got replied say, he will forwarded a email to the person in-charge in processing the refund.
The trick is here, this seller will hold the refund process until over 45 days and you cannot do anything due it is over 45 days to go to Dispute Console. Well, if you did not get your stuff do not waste your time contact the seller directly, just going to Dispute Console before it too late.
Move over, even you paid and never get your stuff, you left him a negative feedback, he will do so for you.
