Many consumers are so anxious to find an item or do not pay attention to the detail, but sometimes the seller is only selling the box. You have to be careful with the Xbox 360 especially. Sellers will list the item as, "New X "Box" 360 FREE SHIPPING" or "Microsoft X BOX system IN STOCK..." They will throw in extra words to hide what they are really selling. According to some studies, buyers tend to purchase an auction or bid without looking at the fine print of the auction or reading the titles carefully. Please bid safely and carefully! There are many fraudulent sellers out there! Every seller is entitled to use about 55 characters in the auction title. They will fit in as many words into the auction title as possible. It is not against the policies if they state what they are selling in the title or auction. It is up to the bidder/consumer to read all the terms carefully.
