Barefoot Contessa Family Style by Ina Garten 2002

Ina Garten knows exactly what she's talking about.  If you have a chance to purchase ANY of her cookbooks, do so.  Each book has different recipes that are well organized.  But, every book has easy to follow recipes, superb photos, helpful hints on that particular recipe and a down-to-earth feeling about them.  She also introduces combinations of foods that you wouldn't dream of serving together and they're so easy to prepare.  Most recipes can be made from ingredients on hand or with little additional cost.  She uses her creativity to "whip-up"  beautiful and tasteful presentations.   It doesn't  have to be a special occasion to enjoy her recipes.  As you can see, I really like this book and I'm waiting for 2 more of her books to arrive.  I'm hooked!
