I purchased one of their cameras back in 2007 with the understanding they were a Nikon dealer. I sent the camera in to Nikon to have it clean just to find out that it was a Gray Market. They will not service it in any way, I am stuck. I am really upset. How can people be such slimballs!!!!! How can these people still be in business??? Why does Ebay continue to let them use their services when I am sure they have to know. I now don't have much faith in Ebay. Make sure if you want to buy and Nikon and it is not from the Nikon website that they are a listed ACTUAL NIKON DEALER. You can find this out by calling Nikon. I am sure there are legitimate dealers on Ebay but I will never trust them again.
