Bad Phone Company

I also agree they took for ever to send my product and when it did come it only lasted for a few days before it stop working.  I was very upset because I purchased this for my handicap daughter for Christmas and this was the worst mistake I could have made.  The charger didn't work so I was out buying a new one and the phone stop working 4 days after Christmas which was too late to send back.
