I've tried this product and it DOES NOT WORK! I am not obese or have a significant weight problem. I am a youthful middle-aged woman with very little signs of aging. In the last 4 years I've gained 20 lbs, had some hair loss and take medication for Fibromyalgia.
I bought a 3 month supply of Amberen and took it exactly as instructed. My sleep did NOT improve, my heart palpitations from unbalanced hormones did NOT go away, and my weight, particularly my "belly fat", did NOT disappear....
I was told that it didn't work because I'm not menopausal yet. However the phone operator who took my order told me that I didn't need to be going through menopause. She told me that it would help me with my sleep & melt my belly away.
Guess what? I'm $120 in the hole and although I was told I could send the rest of it back for a refund, I took all of it to make sure I did it right to get accurate results.... HA!
