First of all, we answer all emails sent to us from our customers normally within one business day so it is hard to understand tractor2nv's comment about NO ANSWER, we just wonder where the email was sent.
To make our products' prices more competitive and acceptable by our customers, our scopes come with one year warranty directly from us, which was stated in our ebay store home page and in invoice. Tractor2nv said the scope was bought in last winter, which was in 2005 and the scope was installed on 12-18-06. We don't know why it took more than one year for tractor2nv to mount the scope. Even if we received the email sent by tractor2nv, we would be regret to say the warranty time is expired.
tractor2nv said side wheel was stiff and operational when it arrived but it got frozen on 12-18-06, the only reason we can imagin caused of this is the weather, 12-18-06 was winter, winter was so cold that side wheel got frozen.
tractor2nv said side wheel is frozen and will not focus, everybody knows that side wheel is used for parallax which is not noticeable by naked eye and focus is made by turning eyepiece, which is called fast focus eyepiece.
It is surely feel bad if something goes wrong and warranty is over because somebody'sown neglect. But by saying something not true and pretending nothing wrong with himself is not a normal person should do.
