Noir Hair was founded after several of our principals grew tired of the saturated hair market and realizing a lot of what was sold claiming to be “the best” hair was truly not living up to its packaging. Many of our clients share stories of visiting local beauty supply stores and being sold only by packaging and labels and not quite knowing what they were receiving, as well as having to pay an exorbitant amount of money for what they were told was “good hair”.
