I'm writing today, not so much as a guide, rather an appreciation towards Templar1a.
I'm very happy to have come upon, one of the good guys. He makes Ebay a whole lot better and safer, to spend or invest one's hard earned money.
By reading the guides, he posted, to help better understand and be wary of those dishonest seller's out there, is definitely invaluable.
