We Have Had Several Problems With USPS Not Scanning Packages In To There System So Our Customers Can Track There Items...When We Take The Packages To The Post Office They Are Failing To Scan The Bar Code In To There Tracking System To Activate The Package...This Has Caused Numerous Problems With Our Customer Satisfaction...Usually Customers Are Patient Until There Package Arrives Or Until We Rectify The Situation...But You Have The Select Few That Aren't Patient...If Your Item States That A Shipping Label Has Been Printed Off,Then Your Item Has Been Shipped...We Have No Control Over USPS Delays Or Failure To Scan The Packages In To The System...Empire-1-Collectibles Always Ships Items In A Timely Manner Which Can Be Varified By Checking Our Feed-Back...Unwarranted Negitive Feed Back Because Of USPS Mistakes Is Unexceptible...If You Have Questions About Items You Have Purchased From Empire-1-Collectibles Or Have Not Received Items Because Of Delays By USPS,Please Contact Us First Before Leaving Feed Back...I Would Rather Give a Buyer A Refund For There Item Than Receive Bad Feed Back Because Of Someone Else's Screw Up...On The Other Hand,Please Do Not Try To Take Advantage Of  The Situation By Asking For A Refund When You Knowingly Received Your Items...Trust Me,We Have Had That Happen...Especially With International Buyers Trying To Say They Didn't Receive There Items When They Had...Our Track Record Is Clear...We Do Everything We Can To Make The Customer Happy...Thank You For Your Time And Remember..."WE-SHIP-WORLD-WIDE"...;0}
