I recently purchased two items from Tadd Wholesale. They took almost two weeks to decide to ship them.They did not inform me about their late shipping issue. I just received a routine email. I guess they thought they could just 'slide it by'? Pity they didn't confess the problem and give me the option of expedited shipping.
The important part was the obstructive and argumentative response from their customer service when I called. In their arrogance they thought that when caught out in this matter that a half-hearted apology was a completly adequate response to their mistake.
Then I did a thorough search of BBB reports and Ripoff report and other google sources. Oh my, what a negative situation ! I suggest that before you buy from TADD, run a google search for TADD problems.
Their product descriptions seem O.K., the problem is if you ever need to contact Customer Service .
