Return Policy:

You may return your purchased item for a refund minus 20% restocking fee within 14 days from the delivery date. Item must be received back brand new in original condition as how it was shipped. Please contact us before sending the item back. Buyer is responsible for both ways shipping fees unless the item received is defective but not mentioned in the listing or wrong style/color/size shipped.

Customer Service:  

MonarcoMonarco strikes to provide 100% service and product satisfaction guaranteed to our customers. We try our best to respond to our customers inquiries within 24 hours. Please contact us anytime if for any reason that you do not feel completely satisfied with the service and product you received from MonarcoMonarco. We will always try our best to solve the problems.


We ship 6 days a week. All orders will be shipped the same day payments received and cleared. Same day shipping cut-off time is 2:00 PM PCT. All orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next working day. No shipping on Sunday and public holidays. 

US customers - Most of our items will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail Service. Only items with $500 or more in value will be shipped insured. Please contact us if your purchase is less than $500 but would like it to be insured. An extra insurance fee will be added to your shipping fee.

International customers - Most of our items will be shipped by USPS International Priority Mail Service or USPS Express Mail Service. Insurance is highly recommended for items with $350 or more in value. MonarcoMonarco is NOT responsible for any foreign custom issues including duty and tax charges.
