Please be aware before puchasing from this company.  I bid and won an auction listing of name brand shoes .  When they arrived there was not one shoe in the shipment that was on the list I purchased, they were all off brand shoes.  I filed a dispute with supporting documentation to the Buyer Relations Department within the time allowed.  I also made them aware that the problem could be found by comparing the pictures listed for this auction number and the list of shoes, they didn't match on the auction web site.  I didn't compare they two before biding or I would have know the listing was wrong.   I just made copies of the listed shoes and auction numbers to bid from, that was a big mistake.  They denied the dispute stating that I didn't send supporting documentation, which I did and have copies of the dispute sent.   I called the number they gave if you had questions about the dispute.  That was a waste of time, that lady stated she didn't have anything to do with the Buyer Relations and it was not the company's problem to prove a dispute it was my problem.   What a poor excuse for a customer service department that cann't look at the mistake listed on their own web site.  This lady also stated that if I treid to get my money back from the credit card company Liquidation's would stop me from bidding on their site again.  In other words they force the buyers to pay for there mistakes..  Has anyone else had problems with this company?
