INB/PGS is another junk grading service. Recently on eBay I saw a silver eagle graded PGS MS-70 Full Strike. I looked a the coin in the slab. It was no MS-70 Full Strike. I think it graded EF-45. I would not buy coins certified by INB or PGS.
Another bad grading service is NNC. I once saw a 1935 wheat cent graded NNC MS68RED. It sold for less than $40. A real MS68RED '35 wheat cent graded by NGC or PCGS would be worth about $10,000. NNC graded a 1873 Closed 3 Indian Cent MS67RED. When I saw the coin I remer it was under $500.00. A real '73 Cl. 3 would be worth over $20,000. Coin Values has $17k in 66RD so it would probably be worth $25,000+ from PCGS or NGC. DON'T trust NNC on grading your coins.
