Everyone loves a classic dessert, but if you're ready to put a tasty twist on tradition, look no further! Lately, I've been experimenting and decided take everything I love about apple pie and turn it into an easy to make cupcake.

Yes, apple pie is an all-American classic, and one of my all-time favorite desserts, but when it comes to tasty desserts, why choose between pie and cupcakes, when you can have them both. Am I right? These sweet cupcakes are infused with a surprise apple pie filling in the center!

I've made this delicious dessert a couple of times at home, and it always turns out to be a crowdpleaser. They're perfect for gatherings or a breakfast treat! It's amazing to make everyone's favorite classic apple pie in cupcake form. And don't even get me started on how great my kitchen smells while I'm making them. Yum!

Ingredients: Instructions:
  • Chop apple pie filling, then pour into a bowl and set aside.
  • In another bowl, add white cake mix, made according to box.
  • Add 1 tsp. of cinnamon and blend.
  • Fill 3 Tbsps. batter into each muffin cup.
  • Top with 1 Tbsp. pie filling per muffin cup.
  • Bake in the oven 18 to 20 minutes at 300 °F.
  • Top with caramel, ice cream, and dash of cinnamon. Serve and enjoy!
